  I believe this is likely a fraud. Ron at Driftwood seems to make good tubs from the photos we all see online. So I ordered one on August 26, with a delivery date of early October. Now it is December 27, and after about 12 failed promises by Ron, I have yet to see any shipped product. Ron's responses are erratic, and sparse. Most of the time he ignores emails or voicemails. The last response I have right now was from four weeks ago when we said he would ship the product within 3 days. I had to prepay over $3,000 to get this project started, and so far I am left with nothing. This will likely end up in court. I will update this post if anything changes.

  NIGHTMARE. Long story short my family had to bath in a horse trough for 2 months trying to get this guy to ship out way way way late tub. He kept saying it was done and even gave us tracking and shipping info. The shipping company said he hadn’t shipped with them in months. We claimed fraud with the credit card company and got our money back.
